PRE-BUY PRICE PROTECTION PROGRAM
Allows customer to purchase fuel oil that will be used from September 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008. Customer will receive the
program prices or the current delivered prices; Whichever is lower at time of delivery. A minimum of 200 and a maximum of
2,000 gallons may be purchased. If you run out of pre-buy gallons, you will automatically be capped in the Price Protection Pro
gram. Any gallons not delivered by the end of the program will be forfeited and the credit on the account can be used toward a
purchase at the current market price. Payment in full by cash or check is required to participate in this program. Credit Card pay
ments are priced 8 cents higher and Farm Plan payments are priced 5 cents higher. Partial payments will not be accepted. Pay
ments received after August 3rd will be priced 4 cents higher. There are no exceptions.
BUDGET PROGRAM
Allows customer to make equal monthly payments. The payments begin on the 15th of the signup month and continue for 12 consecutive months. The budget payment is determined by the gallons of fuel oil used in the previous heating season computed by $2.94* for #2 fuel oil and $3.25* for #1 fuel oil, the total is then divided by 12, which equals the monthly payment necessary. If a budget payment is not received within a 30-day period, the account becomes a WILL CALL - COD account. This agreement will be void and all future deliveries subject to current pricing. There are no exceptions. A signed Budget Agreement must be completed as well to participate in the Budget Program.
*Budget pricing is guaranteed from September 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008. All invoices billed before and after those dates are subject to current pricing.
PRICE PROTECTION PROGRAM
Customer is price protected from September 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008. The price per gallon will not exceed these prices if prices go up. If fuel prices drop, customer will receive the current delivered price plus 20 cents per gallon. These prices will go up 4 cents per gallon after August 3rd. Program ends September 1st, 2007.
